VERY interesting video. One figure quoted attributed to BC early financials was that VMW makes 70% of their revenue from 600 customers.
A figure I was given many years ago was that ~90% of VMW's sales came from Partners and ~10% came from direct sales.
Assuming that is accurate, how does that relate to the top 2000 former Partner accounts being taken direct?
Also, assuming 300K total customers, with 299,400 customers only contributing to 30% of the total revenue, what is their support priority?
